Ingredients
  1. 6-7 lb. bone-in turkey breast
  2. 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  3. ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  4. ½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  5. ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  6. ¼ teaspoon pepper
  7. 1 can (14.5 ounce) chicken broth
Instructions
  1. Rub turkey with softened butter.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the rosemary, thyme leaves, garlic powder, and pepper and sprinkle over the turkey.
  3. Pour the chicken broth into a 6 quart slow cooker and place turkey in broth. Cover with lid and cook on low for 5-6 hours until turkey is cooked through and tender.
  4. Remove turkey to a serving platter and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing. Loosely cover turkey with foil to keep warm.
  5. If desired, use cooking juices from the slow cooker to make a gravy.
  6. Remove any bones from the turkey, slice, and serve along with gravy.
